South Bay Community Services, a private company with 1000 employees in Massachusetts. South Bay is a community-based, behavioral health care organization offering a continuum of services including adult behavioral health, substance abuse counseling, children’s behavioral health, day services, autism services and early childhood services. South Bay wanted to access Workforce Training Grant funding, to provide best practices staff training, and to attract and retain the staff needed for South Bay’s ambitious strategic growth plan.
